Polox

Saturday night when we came home Brynlee had a fever and a cough so we decided not to set our alarms for church the next day. Brynlee had a rough night and by morning was in bed curled up by my side and no one woke up till 9am (when church starts) When we did get up Brynlee still had a fever and a little cough but was acting normal so we monitored her. With in 30 mins it was clear she was not sick, just having a growth spurt mixed with allergies. So we decided to go play Polox since we had already missed church!

I got in a few drills with the experienced guys and practiced more as more beginners showed up. Then the beginners got teamed up and we played an 8 min Chukka.

 It was a lot of fun. Then the experienced players played while those that had just gotten done rested and watered our horses. Then we played again!

 The first round was a tie 1-1 but only because our 2nd point was not counted

 Our second game was a clear win at 2-1 but that didn't matter too much because just playing was so much fun!
