Sunday July 5th was Brynlee's blessing day. We spent the morning getting all ready for the special day.
She got a new head band/bow, bracelet, socks, and shoes from Gammy.
My mom (Gammy) posted more about this beautiful dress on her blog but I will tell you here that it was made by my mom's mom (Great Granny) from the left over material from my mom's (Gammy) wedding dress for my (mom) blessing dress. When we tried it on Brynlee it fit except for the sleeves which where long sleeves. So Great Granny took it and made it short sleeved. That is the story of Brynlee's blessing gown and I hope that someday she'll have a daughter to wear it.
After Sacrament meeting we went to Gammy and Grandpa's house for a BBQ.

My Aunt Tammy, Uncle Randy, and cousin Bryan Stowell came up from the Vally for the day to be here for Brynlee's blessing.
This is the first time they got to meet Brynlee... They loved her!
After a while we took the dress off and after we all ate we relaxed for a while...
