This is the last picture taken of the Jeep. Sunday Dec 4, 2011, with my phone.... Saturday December 10th it was gone.

The best we can estimate is it was stolen around 1am when we heard car alarms and a broken muffler out side. Everyone we have talked to did the same thing we did. Woke up, chalked the noise up to our moter heads that work on their cars at all hours of the day and night just across from our building and went back to sleep. When we woke in the morning she was gone. We noticed it between 8-9am and a cop came to take the report about 10:30am. After that James took the car and went for a drive "to look for it" but more or less to just feel like something was being done.
When James left Cowgirl was very concerned and waited like this the whole time he was gone, the most heart breaking part is when Brynlee asks where the jeep is... We are still praying for a safe and swift return but as you can tell from the title we are not holding out much hope. Cars in this town tend to either get recovered with minor bumps and bruises and a ton of personal stuff left in it or driven hard till they fall apart and are dumped. Jeeps stolen in this town are usually in pieces in the first 24 hours or taken to Mexico just as quickly.... I feel so violated, and maybe it's wrong but that Jeep was as much a part of our family as the dog or the horse.... It will be missed but if you read this please say a prayer that she comes back safe and soon.
